Up to 3 members of each choir including artistic and management team members are invited to attend this meeting.
Agenda items include:
- Discussion of the future of the national festival of GLBT Canadian choruses including the possibility of creating an on-going national charitable organization.
- The name of the festival
- Proposals from choirs interested in staging the festival in 2014.
- Presentations should include possible venues, lodging options, affordability etc.
- We will then create an ad hoc voting body comprised of one member from each represented choir to make a decision before the closing ceremonies on Monday, May 24, 2010.

Performance Guide and Requirements
For performing choirs
Open/Close
Performance Guide
Each choir will perform within 30 minute blocks of time.
This time includes:
- Introduction
- Choir entrance and set up
- Performance
- Choir exit and clearing of the stage
- Suggested time of actual performance is 23 minutes.
Requirements
Choirs: Please submit the following by Friday, April 2, 2010:
- Bio and Repertoire list
- Choir bio in English and French
- Repertoire list (including composers/arrangers)
- Technical Requirements
- We will do our best to accomodate your needs
- Musician Request
- We have a drummer, bass guitarist and pianist available for your use.
- Fees: $150 per musician includes one rehearsal and performance.
- Photos
- Formal and informal photos (1-3)
- Local pride parade photos (1-5)

Each choir has 15 minutes to rehearse entrance, choir placement/movement, microphone requirements/levels, exit, etc. Click on the "Open/Close" to view the schedule.
